Designed for cafés, restaurants, pubs, takeaways and catering businesses, this countertop grill offers two independently controlled cooking zones, allowing you to prepare multiple menu items simultaneously.
The ceramic-coated cast iron cooking plates provide outstanding heat retention and efficient heat transfer, delivering fast, consistent cooking while creating attractive chargrill-style markings on the top of food and an evenly browned finish underneath. Independent EGO thermostats allow each cooking zone to be set between 50°C and 320°C, giving you complete flexibility to cook different foods at their ideal temperatures.
Built with a robust stainless steel body and engineered for continuous commercial use, this contact grill also features floating top plates, a rotating shaft suspension system, removable stainless steel grease trays and an included griddle scraper for quick and easy cleaning.
