The Hamoki HKR-4S 4 Burner Gas Oven Range is built to withstand the demands of professional catering environments. Combining four powerful gas burners with a spacious static oven, this versatile cooker delivers exceptional cooking performance for restaurants, cafés, hotels, pubs and commercial kitchens.
Featuring heavy-duty cast iron pan supports, the hob provides outstanding stability for large pots and pans while ensuring even heat distribution during busy service. The integrated splashback helps keep surrounding walls protected, whilst the premium stainless steel construction offers durability and easy cleaning.
The powerful oven burner provides rapid heat-up times, helping to improve kitchen efficiency. The oven is fitted with simple push-button piezo ignition, while the top burners use manual ignition for reliable operation. Inside, two sturdy oven shelves maximise cooking capacity for roasting, baking and batch cooking.
Safety is enhanced with an Italian gas valve incorporating a flame failure device, automatically shutting off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished.
Supplied ready for Natural Gas operation, the cooker also includes an LPG conversion kit, providing installation flexibility for different commercial kitchens.
Mounted on sturdy lockable castors, the unit can be repositioned easily for cleaning and maintenance.
Please note: This appliance is designed for fixed commercial kitchen installations and is not suitable for use in mobile catering units or food trucks.
