The Hamoki Commercial Gas Countertop Flat Griddle is a heavy-duty cooking appliance designed for high-volume restaurants, hotels, cafés, takeaways, cafeterias and catering kitchens. Its wide, smooth cooking surface and five independently controlled heating zones provide the flexibility needed to prepare multiple food types at different temperatures during busy service periods.
Manufactured by Hamoki, this commercial gas griddle features a durable construction with a stainless steel front and galvanised steel sides and rear. Its broad, flat cooking surface is suitable for grilling, searing and frying a wide range of menu items, making it a practical addition to demanding professional kitchens.
The griddle is powered by a series of gas-fired U-shaped burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU per hour. Heat is controlled approximately every 12 inches across the cooking surface, creating five separate cooking zones. This allows operators to adjust individual sections to suit different foods and service requirements.
The smooth cooking plate is designed to retain and distribute heat evenly, supporting consistent results when preparing steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables and breakfast items.
