The Hamoki Commercial Gas Countertop Chrome Plated Griddle is a heavy-duty cooking appliance designed for high-volume restaurants, hotels, cafés, takeaways, cafeterias and catering kitchens. Its wide chrome-plated cooking surface and five independently controlled heating zones provide the flexibility required to cook multiple food types at different temperatures during busy service periods.
Manufactured by Hamoki, this commercial gas griddle features a durable stainless steel base with a smooth chromium-plated cooking surface. The chrome finish provides a flat, practical cooking area suitable for grilling, searing and frying a wide range of menu items while supporting straightforward cleaning and maintenance.
The griddle is powered by a series of gas-fired U-shaped burners, each rated at 30,000 BTU per hour. Heat is independently controlled approximately every 12 inches across the cooking surface, creating five separate cooking zones. This allows operators to adjust individual sections to suit different foods and service requirements.
The smooth, wide cooking plate is designed to retain and distribute heat evenly across the surface, supporting consistent results when preparing steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, vegetables and breakfast items.
A standby pilot provides convenient ignition at the start of service, while chrome-coated zinc-alloy control knobs offer durable and straightforward operation. Large oil collectors positioned beneath the cooking area help capture grease and cooking residue, making routine cleaning more manageable.
