The Hamoki Commercial Electric Countertop Chrome Plated Flat Griddle is a professional cooking appliance designed for busy restaurants, cafés, takeaways, hotels, food trucks and catering kitchens. Its wide, smooth cooking surface provides a practical solution for preparing breakfast items, burgers, meat, vegetables and other popular menu products.
Manufactured by Hamoki, this commercial electric griddle features a durable stainless steel structure suitable for demanding foodservice environments. The 15mm-thick chrome-plated cooking surface is designed to retain and distribute heat evenly, helping operators achieve consistent cooking results across the plate.
The smooth cooking surface includes a non-stick coating that helps reduce food adhesion and allows cooked products to be removed more easily. An adjustable thermostat provides a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C, allowing the heat to be tailored for different foods, from eggs and pancakes to burgers, chicken and stir-fried vegetables.
Heating and power indicator lights make it easy to monitor the griddle during operation, while the temperature indicator shows when the plate is heating and ready for cooking. The cool-touch Bakelite control knob supports safer and more comfortable temperature adjustment during service.
Raised splash guards help contain food, oil and grease around the cooking area. A large front grease channel directs excess oil and cooking residue into the removable stainless steel oil collector, which includes a handle for convenient removal and cleaning.
The stainless steel heating element provides dependable heat output, while anti-slip rubber feet help keep the unit stable on commercial worktops.
