Its countertop design combines a dry heated base with an overhead gantry fitted with tungsten lamps, providing heat from above and below for effective food holding during service.
Manufactured by Hamoki, this commercial food warmer features a durable stainless steel structure designed for regular use in professional foodservice settings. The integrated acrylic sneeze guard helps protect displayed food while maintaining clear visibility for customers and serving staff.
The dry heated base is compatible with suitable GN pans and a variety of serving dishes, making the unit practical for buffet counters, self-service stations, breakfast service and event catering. Three overhead tungsten heat lamps provide additional top-down warmth to help maintain an even serving temperature across the display area.
An adjustable EGO thermostat allows the base temperature to be set between 30°C and 85°C, giving operators control over the holding temperature for different dishes. Two independent on/off switches operate the heating lamps, allowing the overhead heat to be adjusted according to service requirements.
The straightforward plug-and-play design supports simple countertop installation, while anti-slip rubber feet help keep the warmer stable during use. Its stainless steel surfaces are also practical to wipe down and maintain as part of a regular commercial cleaning routine.
