Featuring a dry heated base and an overhead heated gantry with tungsten lamps, it helps maintain even heat distribution across a variety of dishes.
Manufactured by Hamoki, this countertop food warmer features a durable stainless steel construction that is built for everyday commercial use. The integrated acrylic sneeze guard helps protect displayed food while maintaining excellent visibility for customers and serving staff.
The dry heat base is suitable for use with compatible GN pans and a variety of serving dishes, making the unit ideal for buffet service, hot food counters and catering operations. Three overhead tungsten heat lamps provide additional top-down warming to help maintain food quality throughout service.
An adjustable EGO thermostat allows the base temperature to be set between 30°C and 85°C, giving operators precise control over holding temperatures for different menu items. The heat lamps are operated using two independent on/off switches, allowing greater flexibility and energy efficiency during quieter service periods.
