Featuring two independently controlled cooking zones and smooth ceramic-coated cast iron plates, this heavy-duty countertop grill is ideal for cafés, restaurants, pubs, takeaways and commercial catering kitchens where speed, versatility and reliability are essential.
The smooth cooking plates provide excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, making them perfect for toasted sandwiches, paninis, burgers, steaks, chicken, bacon and breakfast items without leaving grill marks. Each cooking zone is fitted with a professional EGO thermostat, allowing independent temperature control from 50°C to 320°C for maximum flexibility during busy service.
Constructed from durable stainless steel and engineered for continuous commercial use, this twin contact grill also features removable stainless steel grease trays, a rotating shaft suspension system and an included griddle scraper for fast, hassle-free cleaning.
