The Elta Revolution SLC Long Cased Axial Flow Fan is a heavy-duty commercial and industrial ventilation solution engineered to deliver powerful extraction performance, high efficiency and long-term reliability. Available in 11 standard sizes from 315mm to 1000mm, the range provides a versatile solution for demanding ventilation and air movement applications.
Capable of delivering airflow rates of up to 19.63m³/s and static pressures of up to 994 Pa, the Revolution SLC is particularly well suited to applications requiring substantial volumes of air to be moved efficiently. This makes the range an excellent option for commercial kitchens, industrial premises, warehouses, factories and other professional ventilation systems where suitable system design and specification permit.
High-Efficiency Axial Performance
The SLC incorporates adjustable-pitch aerofoil impellers manufactured from high-quality pressure die-cast aluminium. Elta's increased blade chord and twist design delivers 7% higher efficiency, helping reduce overall energy consumption while providing the strength required for demanding fan applications.
Both AC and high-efficiency EC motor options are available, providing greater flexibility when specifying a ventilation system. Compatible speed-control solutions can also be used to vary fan speed according to ventilation demand, potentially delivering further energy savings.
Heavy-Duty Galvanised Construction
Designed for long-term commercial and industrial use, the fan features a robust all-metal casing manufactured from heavy-gauge mild or pre-galvanised steel. The casing is roll formed and welded before being hot-dip galvanised after fabrication, providing excellent strength, durability and corrosion resistance.
The SLC is suitable for external mounting as standard, making it a particularly versatile option when designing commercial extraction and ventilation systems. Electrical installation is simplified through a weatherproof cable connected to an externally mounted IP55 terminal box.
