The Elta Turboflow Max TF Long Cased Kitchen Axial Fan is a powerful commercial extraction fan specifically developed for ventilation systems requiring higher pressure performance. Combining a robust long-cased construction with an efficient aerofoil impeller, the Turboflow Max TF is particularly well suited to demanding commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation systems.

Available in four standard sizes from 450mm to 630mm, the range can deliver airflow rates of up to 4.00m³/s and static pressures of up to 916 Pa. This higher-pressure capability makes the TF a strong choice for installations where significant resistance needs to be overcome while maintaining effective airflow.

High-Efficiency Axial Performance

The Turboflow Max TF uses a high-efficiency adjustable-pitch aerofoil impeller manufactured from pressure die-cast aluminium. Elta's increased blade chord and twist design provides 7% higher efficiency, helping reduce overall energy consumption while maintaining the robust performance required for arduous commercial applications.

Each impeller is factory configured to provide maximum performance and dynamically balanced to ISO 14694 Grade G6.3, supporting smooth and dependable operation within professional ventilation systems.

Built for Commercial Kitchen Extraction

The fan incorporates a heavy-duty all-metal casing manufactured from steel and designed for long-term commercial use. Casing components are either hot-dip galvanised after fabrication or manufactured from pre-galvanised steel, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

The Turboflow Max TF is also suitable for external mounting as standard, providing greater flexibility when designing commercial kitchen extraction systems where locating the fan externally may be preferable.

Easy Installation & Control

The AC motor is a totally enclosed IP55-rated unit with sealed-for-life bearings and Class F insulation. Electrical connection is simplified through a weatherproof cable connected to an externally mounted IP55 terminal box.

The fan is suitable for Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) speed control and can be integrated into a building management system. Controlling fan speed according to ventilation demand can help reduce unnecessary energy consumption and operating costs.
