The Hamoki HA-F-700 Commercial Chip Dump is a heavy-duty, free-standing heated holding station designed to keep freshly cooked chips hot, crisp and ready for service. Ideal for busy restaurants, takeaways, fast food outlets and commercial kitchens, it provides a practical holding area during peak service periods while helping maintain consistent serving temperatures.
Powered by 1350W, the unit features three 250W overhead heat lamps alongside an adjustable 50–90°C temperature range, helping maintain food at the desired serving temperature without the need for constant reheating. Two integrated GN 1/6 pans, 150mm deep, provide convenient additional storage for seasonings, sauces, garnishes or serving accessories.
