The Commercial Heated Display Cabinet is designed to keep hot food at serving temperature while presenting products in an attractive and accessible display. Suitable for cafés, bakeries, convenience stores, service stations, restaurants and takeaway outlets, this heated food merchandiser is ideal for showcasing pies, sausage rolls, pasties, pastries and other ready-to-eat hot foods.
With a generous 110-litre and up to 370-litre capacity across three adjustable shelves, the cabinet provides ample display space while allowing flexible merchandising for products of different sizes. Curved front glass and full-height internal lighting enhance product visibility, helping to encourage impulse purchases in busy retail environments.
The integrated water reservoir allows humidity to be added when required, helping to maintain the quality and appearance of hot food during service. The extra-deep GN 1/9 water reservoir provides extended operating time, reducing the need for frequent refilling throughout the day.
Designed for commercial use, the cabinet features a durable construction with a cool-touch door handle, rubber door seal to minimise heat loss, adjustable shelving and anti-slip feet for stable positioning. Separate lighting controls allow the display lighting to operate independently, while an illuminated heating indicator provides clear operational status.
